Please take time to read the following policy before your appointment.
This policy is to ensure the smooth running of appointments to benefit both us here at Simply Envision Nail Design,
and, most importantly you, our clients - so that you can have a great experience with us.
We hope you understand the importance of this policy as appointment times are limited
and your booking is held especially for you.
Cancellation and Late Policy
Time is important:

Creating high quality, beautiful nails take time, please be on time

Please allow enough time to travel and park as we are on a time schedule.
Cancelling or Rescheduling:

We understand that emergencies may arise and we will try our best to be understanding, however we require that you please provide 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A fee of 50% of the service will be charged when less than 12 hours cancellation notice is given (without sufficient reasoning) at your next appointment.

Repeat cancelling or rescheduling will result in a fee being charged.

If you are unwell or recovering from flu or stomach bugs, please reschedule you appointment, as I will be doing the same if I am unwell and this will prevent future spreading
Late:

If a client is 15 minutes or more late without any notice, they are considered a no show, which will result in their appointment being forfeited.

If a client still arrive after being 15 minutes late (with notice by a text or call) then, if possible to still fit in), we will complete what we can of the service booked in the client's allocated appointment time. For example, if the client is 5 mins late, then their appointment will be cut 5 mins short, and finish at the originally allocated time. This is to help ensure everyone stays on schedule.

The client will still be required to pay the full amount of the cost of the service.
No Show:

Client is considered a no show when they are 15 minutes or more late.

If you are a no show, your appointment will be forfeited.

Failing to attend your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the service value and a deposit required to re-book.

If a client no-shows twice in a row, any future appointments will not be accepted.
This policy allows us to accommodate everybody and
especially those that might miss out on appointment times.
